Design and DFM
Our engineers work it into something manufacturable and come back with the compromises, the cost drivers and a quotation.

Prototype
One or a few units built and shipped to you. Fit, noise, heat, finish — checked by hand, not on paper.

Approval and tooling
Nothing goes to tooling until you have signed off the prototype. Changes after tooling are the expensive kind.

Production and dispatch
Pilot run, then the full run with outgoing inspection and the paperwork for your market in the carton.
