2. Data we collect
Contact and company details you submit through our inquiry forms, quotation requests or checkout: name, email address, phone number, company, country and any message you write.
Files you choose to upload, such as drawings, specifications or reference documents. These are stored in a private directory and are available only to authorised staff.
Order and shipping details, including the delivery address and the shipping or payment preference you select.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, the page you came from and the pages you visit. We use this for security and, only with your consent, for first-party analytics.
Correspondence you send us by email, chat or other channels.
3. Why we use it
To answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation and communicate with you about it.
To process and fulfil orders, arrange delivery and handle after-sales questions.
To improve our products, website and quotation process, and to understand which pages are useful (analytics only with consent).
To protect the website against spam, fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract or steps before entering a contract (quotation and order handling); our legitimate interests (responding to business inquiries, securing the site and improving our services); your consent (analytics cookies); and legal obligations (tax, accounting and product compliance).
You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
6. Who we share with
We share data only with service providers who help us run the site and the business: hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, cloud file storage, and professional advisers. They act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.
We may disclose data if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a reorganisation of the business. We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
We are based in China. Our website infrastructure is hosted in the United States, and some service providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual data-protection terms.

8. How long we keep it
Inquiry and quotation records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and maintain our business relationship, and then for the period required by tax, accounting or other law. Uploaded drawings are kept while we evaluate or fulfil the request.
Analytics detail is kept for 90 days; aggregate counts may be kept longer. Backups are kept for a limited period and then overwritten.
Where you ask us to delete data and we have no legal obligation to keep it, we will delete it.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent.
To exercise a right, email mf@myriad-families.com. We may need to verify your identity. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
10. Security
The site uses HTTPS. Access to inquiries, orders and uploaded files is restricted to authorised staff, and uploaded drawings are stored outside the public web directory. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take these risks seriously.
11. Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Changes
We may update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on this page.
