Terms of Use
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These terms cover use of this website and our business-to-business quotation and order process. They are not consumer terms.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and the business-to-business quotation and order process operated by Tianjin Myriad Families Technology Co., Ltd.. By using the site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
A signed quotation, proforma invoice or supply agreement between us may contain different terms. In that case, the signed document prevails over these website terms.
2. Business customers only
This site is intended for businesses, distributors and professional buyers. It is not a consumer shop. By submitting an inquiry or order you confirm that you act for a business and have authority to bind it.
If you are a consumer, please do not use this site to place an order; contact us and we will explain whether we can supply you through an appropriate channel.
3. Website information
Product descriptions, images, specifications and indicative prices are provided for general information. They are not a binding offer, and we may change them without notice. Colours and finishes may vary between production runs.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Devices are supplied for the intended use stated in the quotation or product documentation; the buyer is responsible for regulatory clearance in its market unless we have agreed in writing to provide it.
4. Quotations
A written quotation is valid for 30 days from its date unless it states otherwise. Prices are exclusive of freight, insurance, taxes, duties and bank charges unless the quotation says they are included.
A quotation is not an order acceptance. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing, for example by issuing a proforma invoice or order confirmation.
5. Orders and acceptance
We may accept or decline an order, in whole or in part, after checking availability, specification and compliance. We will tell you if we cannot accept it.
Where a drawing, sample or written specification is agreed, it forms part of the order. Changes after approval may affect price and lead time and require a revised quotation.
6. Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are in the currency stated in the quotation. Payment terms are those stated in the quotation or proforma invoice. Bank charges are borne by the payer unless agreed otherwise.
If payment is late, we may suspend production or delivery and charge interest at the rate permitted by applicable law. The buyer is responsible for import duties and taxes in the destination country.
7. Delivery and risk
Delivery terms follow the Incoterm stated in the quotation (for example EXW, FOB or CIF). Delivery dates are estimates and depend on timely receipt of deposits, approvals and buyer materials.
Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. Where goods are handed to a carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs or events outside our reasonable control.
8. Inspection and claims
The buyer should inspect the goods promptly after delivery. Please notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery for visible defects, and within 30 days for defects that could not reasonably be discovered earlier.
Please include photographs, the order number and the affected quantity. If a claim is accepted, we may repair, replace or credit the affected goods. This is the buyer’s primary remedy for defective goods.
9. Cancellation and changes
Orders may be cancelled or changed only with our written agreement. We may charge for materials, tooling, work already done and other costs incurred before cancellation.
Custom-made goods and tooling may not be cancellable once production or tooling has started.
10. Intellectual property
The site content, product photographs, drawings, text and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Drawings and specifications you send us remain yours. You grant us a licence to use them to quote, manufacture and supply the goods. You confirm that you have the rights needed to share them with us.
We may show finished goods in our portfolio unless we have agreed in writing to keep a project confidential.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload malware, scrape it at scale, or interfere with its operation or security.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and files you submit, and for ensuring they do not infringe third-party rights.
12. Disclaimer and liability
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for the goods giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
The courts of Tianjin, China, have jurisdiction, unless the parties have agreed in writing to arbitration or another forum. Before starting proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
